Having a huge space of 40+ acres of land, the Mills premises have nice gardens, large ponds, all varieties of trees with known and unknown singing birds on them. In fact, the premises is also being used for picnic spot and shooting spot. This environment is not only eye-soothing but gives immense pleasure and strength to be devoted to work. We had only read in books that surroundings have good impact on work but we gather practical experience every day at the nice atmosphere of our mills.
Amidst this picturesque location, we have two Spinning Units (Mills) with a capacity of 60,000 Ring Spindles and some Rotors with an investment of Tk. 150 Crores and having working strength of around 2,000 persons (both male and female) including managerial staff and workers.
An excellent working atmosphere prevails at our mills as very good relation between workers and mills-management presists due to direct and personal interaction between management and workers. As most of the workers are local and there are no other big mills/factories nearby, we do not face problem of loosing skilled workers which is a big problem in other industrial belts like Gazipur, Savar or Narayangonj due to migration.
Inside our mills’ premises, we have separate housing complex for men and women workers, equipped with all basic amenities and entertainment facilities. Workers are staying happily with much comfort year after year in these houses.

We are having fully equipped testing laboratory for testing fibers, slivers, roving and yarns to monitor and implement strict quality standard at every stage of the manufacturing process. In changing global scenario, achieving and maintaining a high standard (International standard) of yarn quality is the goal of every quality conscious company. We have all sorts of most advanced technical systems and equipments in our mills (like Bale-Plucking system for very homogenous blending of cotton fibers, wide application of long-term and short-term auto leveler for better uniformity, chute feed system, electronic yarn clearing system with on line classification on Autoconers and removal of foreign fibers and contamination along with bobbin dust removal system for clean yarn).

As most of our customers are exporters and very quality conscious, we give maximum importance to understand the requirements of our customers technically and commercially. To execute the demands of our customers, we have included experienced yarn experts and qualified Bank personnel in our marketing team to provide a better service to our clients.
